stemming from a "phony

anthrax hoax" in which he

mailed white powder to himself

in an effort to frame someone

(Borough Council Member)

State Ethics Commission

found that he violated the 

Public Official and Employee

Ethics Act by using his public

office for private pecuniary

gain in 2004 and 2005. He

was also ordered to pay 

$25,000 in restitution.

JAMES LARGE

(Township Supervisor)

Convicted on 4 counts of 

swearing falsely under oath

before the State Ethics Commis-

sion. He was sentenced to 1-2

years imprisonment.

Diversion (2 counts), Conspiracy

involving Theft by Diversion,

 to 30-120 months 

imprisonment.

million scam, which re-

sulted in the infamous 

"BONUSGATE" scandal.
